The tour details or itineraries found on Ras Al Khaimah Desert Safari are only samples, which are subject to change until booked and paid for. These itineraries are customizable to suit your needs as well as they might undergo changes based on the comments and valuable suggestions from our clients and based on our research.
As advised by the representatives of our company, an initial deposit could be initiated for the travel bookings. But if some detailed activities listed in the itinerary would be unutilized, suitable alternatives would be devised.
Cancellations are not advised and any of them will incur a cancellation fee as outlined below:
- The cancellation is free of cost if it is done within the first 48 hours for retail bookings spanning for one week or 7 days.
- A fee of 50% of the tour package will be charged for the next 18 hours.
- Beyond that period, the entire amount of the tour package will be forfeited if the cancellation is done beyond that period.
- For corporate bookings, which are extending for over 21 days, our company will charge a 50% cancellation fee, if it is in the first week (e.g. if the tour is cancelled within the week after booking has been made)
- After one week, cancellation of corporate bookings will be charged the full amount as the cancellation fee.
A refund will only be processed to the original payment mode.
No refund can be made if you failed to join a tour, if you leave before it is completed or if you join it after departure. There is also no refund for "no show".
No refund will also be given for curtailment, delay or alteration of a tour due to mechanical failure or severe weather conditions. Remember that the components of the trip are weather dependent and our company cannot be held liable if any of the components will not be available during the tour.
Customers have the right to cancel the booking and can be entitled full amount refund if there are any drastic price changes due to unavoidable circumstances.
Each tour requires a minimum number of guests to proceed, but minimum guest number can vary from one tour to another and may be subject to change without prior notice. When a tour is cancelled if the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will offer guests with an alternative tour option or will issue them a full refund.
If there will be some changes on the itinerary or date of the tour as per client request, we will charge an additional fee. Take note, however, reservation changes are also subject to availability.
We require, as a part of our policy, guests to pay the full amount at least 15 days before their trip schedule.
The tour details or itineraries are subject to change in the event of extreme weather conditions, conservation requirements and natural disasters.
The rates displayed on Ras Al Khaimah Desert Safari are for the period 2019 to 2020 and they are in United Arab Emirates Dirham. The prices are subject to change at our discretion.
We are an adventure travel service provider and it is our main mission to provide guests with safe trips all the time. We ensure that our efforts are towards the safety of the guests. But even with our earnest efforts to keep passengers out of danger, accidents may still happen. In such events, our company cannot be held liable in the event of any loss, damage or injury of any kind resulting from or caused by an omission or act by its contractors, agents or employees.
The pick-up and drop off times as well as locations outlined on the itinerary are subject to change during uncontrollable and unavoidable factors, which may include but are not limited traffic, road closures, mechanical breakdown and adverse weather conditions.
Ras Al Khaimah Desert Safari strictly prevents children below five (5) years old to travel on any shared vehicle. They, children one (1) to five (5) years old, will only be allowed if on a private vehicle. Our company will shuttle children one year old directly into the camp. Late transfers will incur an additional cost. For child safety, children will be required to seat on booster seats, which are accredited seating. Our company has the right not to accept children on tours for safety concerns.
Children between 3 and 10 years old may be entitled for a certain discount while children 10 years and older are required to be paid in full of the regular rate.
The Ras Al Khaimah Desert Safari provides adventure tourists with the adrenalin rush, but we demand that they are on a good physical condition and fitness level. All passengers must be in good health and free from any medical conditions.
For the safety of pregnant women and guests with pre-existing health problems, we require a reservation of a private vehicle so that the excursion's nature can be tamed. On the other hand, our company does not assume responsibility to any adverse health condition because passengers join at their own risk. Pregnant women who are in their first trimester will not be allowed to participate due to health and safety concerns.
Our company takes pride in providing guests with delicious and fresh meals. We also cater to guests with gluten intolerance and vegetarian, but we must be advised about certain food requirements at the time of booking. The Ras Al Khaimah Desert Safari strictly implements a no smoking policy in our vehicles and this applies to e-cigarettes and conventional cigarettes.
The UAE law prohibits alcohol possession inside our vehicles; guests who violate the policy will be required to return to the pickup point at their expense. There will be no refund offered.
Code of conduct is expected from the guests. Our company has the right to refuse any guest who misbehaves that may affect other group members of the tour.
All the guests are required to accept the guide's authority and that they accept the guide's decisions. Our guests are entitled to an enjoyable tour experience and our staffs to a safe working environment. Any safety threats, verbal or physical or any inappropriate behavior may result from a guest/s removal from the tour. No refund will be issued should a guide require a guest to leave the tour. Also, a guest must be responsible for his or her travel cost and all the arrangements from certain points.
